Returns Procedure for In-Store Sales and Orders
Items can be returned for a credit note or exchanged if the tags are attached, the garment hasn’t been washed, worn or used, and the customer has the receipt.
Maisies does not issue refunds for in-store purchases or orders. This does not affect a customer’s statutory rights.
Returns Procedure for Website Sales
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unworn.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. Once we receive the items, refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
To request an alternative item, please place a new order.
Items Out of Stock
If stock is unavailable, customers will be informed by email and given the choice of an immediate refund, waiting for new stock, or accepting a substitute product.
Maisies does not substitute items without explicit customer consent.
Delivery Info
DHL Tracked Delivery: Delivery usually takes 3–5 days. This is not guaranteed. If your order hasn’t arrived within this time, please allow 14 days before contacting us.
Collection from Shop: Collections are typically ready within 2–4 days. You will receive an email and text when your order is ready for collection.
